OVERVIEW:

  • You will be a member of growing Regulatory team, working closely with the Commercial Road Transport team, managing an interesting and varied caseload.
  • Ensuring compliance with sector-specific regulations and providing defence in related litigation.
  • Supporting clients in obtaining Traffic Commissioner operator licenses, navigating Public Inquiry hearings, handling Border Force appeals, and offering advice on Commercial Transport compliance.
  • Engaging with a diverse client base to explore options for litigation resolution and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Aiding in the preparation for Judicial Reviews against governmental departments.
  • Newly qualified solicitors up to 2 years
    PQE
  • Candidates due to qualify and interested in this diverse area of law will be considered
  • Preferred experience in Regulatory and/or Litigation law, but not mandatory
