Regulatory Solicitor

We are seeking a skilled Regulatory Solicitor to join our expanding regulatory department in Manchester. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling a diverse range of regulatory matters, including HSE, motor crime, healthcare, and environmental cases.
Key Responsibilities:- Liaise with courts, coroner's offices, CQC, police, and other relevant regulators to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct investigative research, analyzing corporate structures, procedures, risk assessments, and other relevant information.
- Review medical records, post-mortem reports, and other evidence, including CCTV footage.
- Provide general legal research and support to the team.
- Experience in regulatory work, with a strong aptitude for building on existing knowledge.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong research and analytical skills, with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
