Are you a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse seeking a leadership position in clinical research in Spalding? This unique position is for a Nurse Delivery Lead based in Spalding, offering flexibility with both full-time and part-time availability, and an immediate start for this locum role.

As a pivotal member of the team, you will play a crucial role in driving the daily delivery of high-quality care. Your leadership skills will be instrumental in ensuring the fulfillment of all clinical governance and compliance targets. If you have proficiency in Phlebotomy, it will be a valuable asset as you actively engage in a substantial clinical research project dedicated to making a lasting impact on healthcare outcomes.

Requirements

  • NMC Registration
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Relevant experience as Lead Nurse
  • Responsible for the provision of clinical leadership
  • Responsible for staff attendance and scheduling
  • First point of escalation for operational queries

Desired skills encompass independence, effective decision making, strong communication abilities (including delivering difficult news), efficient time management, and knowledge of risk management, job planning, and appraisal review processes.
