Key Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with other nurse practitioners to deliver comprehensive care.
- Ensure consistent provision of high-quality care services to residents.
- Assist in nursing care and daily activities of the home.
- Respect the dignity of individuals and promote independence in care delivery.
- Reports to: Home Manager/Deputy Manager/Clinical Lead
- Prior experience as a Registered Nurse in an elderly care setting.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong skills and knowledge in nursing practice.
- NMC registered nurse with relevant post-registration experience.
