Your role

As a Sales Technology Adoption Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the successful adoption of our sales technology solutions across our sales teams, helping to achieve a positive return on investment for the business.

You will be responsible for enabling the employees to get the most out of our digital tools and maximising their work productivity in the existing systems.

The Sales Technology Adoption Manager builds partnerships between the sales users, leaders and our IT Product team - to help leaders and their teams appreciate the value and benefits of technology and to help our IT Product team understand the needs and challenges of the business to provide better solutions.

The role will help manage technology changes through continuous training to the users, onboarding new hires, ensuring adoption of the new business processes and working practices as needed, and acquiring the necessary skills to use the new systems. They will be responsible for measuring and tracking usage of the user community and report on it on a regular basis. They will have a good understanding of all the sales related technology and how the various technologies work together to help drive collaboration and efficiency across systems.

What you'll do

Sales Training:

  • Lead the onboarding process for new sales hires on system adoption and processes, ensuring a smooth transition into Digital Realty.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions for both new and existing sales employees, facilitating effective use of our sales technology solutions.
  • Assist in development of training materials and/or videos

Change Management:

Develop change management strategies to support our end users in adopting new technologies and processes.

  • Identify potential challenges and proactively address them to minimize resistance and maximize adoption.
  • Share best practices on how to get the most value from our technology solutions

Sales Engagement:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the sales teams for system and process adoption, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Build strong relationships with the sales teams to understand their needs and provide support throughout their journey.

Product Feedback and Improvement:

  • Gather feedback from the end uses regarding their experiences with the systems.
  • Collaborate with our IT Product Development teams to gather and document requirements of the end users' needs and contribute to the ongoing improvement of our offerings.
  • Work with product owners to prioritize improvements that will have the most impact on our user community

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Monitor sales teams' usage and adoption metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Generate regular reports and insights to inform internal stakeholders about the success of technology adoption efforts.

What you'll need

  • Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in technology adoption, customer success, or consulting.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
  • An overview / strong all-round appreciation of technology and how it can deliver business value.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and eliminate process related inefficiencies within the business process.
  • Knowledge of Oracle CPQ, , MS Office
  • Knowledge Clari, Xactly, ServiceNow (preferred)
  • Experience in a Global operating environment (preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Advanced level user of MS Office applications, in particular PowerPoint and Excel
  • Fluent in Business-level English (written and orally) - other European languages an advantage.
