Position Summary

As a Technical Program Manager for Customer Adoption, you will play a key role in driving the onboarding and adoption of our products. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams to streamline onboarding processes, monitor customer progress, address feature requests and issues, and provide detailed program impact reports to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead technical onboarding projects to boost product adoption.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, representing the customer perspective within the engineering team.
  • Manage customer escalations, including tracking, prioritization, communication, and feedback.
  • Influence technical and product strategies to simplify onboarding and enhance the customer experience.
  • Develop metrics to measure impact and drive process improvements.
  • Effectively communicate technology, requirements, goals, and milestones.
  • Support product decisions aligned with company objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years in software engineering, systems engineering, or technical product/program management.
  • Proven experience managing and delivering complex SaaS projects.
  • Proficiency in project management and issue tracking tools like Jira.
  • Experience engaging with external customers and leading customer teams.
  • Strong skills in gathering requirements and defining project scope.
  • Ability to work independently across multiple teams and time zones.
  • Excellent organizational, coordination, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines is a plus.

Work Location

This role requires working from our London office three days a week. Our office is centrally located in London.
