Job DescriptionTo provide an effective telephony service to customers seeking general information, assistance, or support with payments in order to assist with the promotion, delivery and integration of the Council's key objectives; specifically in relation to those identified within the Finance and ICT Service Plan, the Council's Digital Strategy and the Community Plan.

RequirementsThere are 2 full time temporary posts available.

To apply for these posts you must be a resident of East Ayrshire and aged between 16-24 or up to age 29 if you are care experienced or have a disability.

The base for these posts is The Opera House in Kilmarnock.

The rate of pay is £8.60 for 16-20 year olds, £11.44 for 21-22 year olds and £11.89 for 23+ year olds.
