About the Role
The Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences is seeking to appoint an experienced Student Support Systems Administrator to support the faculty in monitoring successful engagement and delivery of student support.

The post-holder will play a key role in administering our Student Support System, supporting its implementation and improvement. You will work within established standards, guidelines and procedures for QA and maintain product integrity throughout its development.

You will work in close partnership with the System Owner, Faculty Digital Learning Manager and other stakeholders to ensure requirements are met, along with training and support to academic staff.

You will have a positive attitude and commitment to improving the inclusivity of our activities and provide an excellent service. The successful candidate will have the ability to use their own initiative and be flexible when faced with a variety of impromptu tasks.
