We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Manager to join our Finance team You will partner cross functionally with non-finance colleagues to help make informed and effective strategic commercial decisions. You will also be involved in financial planning - including in year forecasts, budgets and long term plan

We have several roles available, and will work with you through the interview process to identify the best area for you
  • You will be the lead finance partner and contact for a specific business function, helping to support decision-making
  • Drive long term plan and budget discussions to enable the business function to plan ahead, along with defining what the future business will look like
  • Identifying improvement initiatives and their related financials
  • Identifying in-year financial opportunities/risks and driving action to ensure these are capitalised on/mitigated
  • Standing over the consolidated divisional forecast, ensuring we are constantly looking ahead to identify commercial risks and opportunities
  • Presenting financial outputs to the business and finance leadership teams in order to influence the future course of action or support for project initiatives
  • Leading the periodic and quarterly review process for the business function, including providing insightful analysis for action
    • Qualified Accountant - ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent
    • Finance experience in driving strategic priorities in large complex organisations
    • Experience partnering with non-finance colleagues
    • Highly evolved financial analysis skills
    • Excellent communication skills alongside experience of engaging and building positive relationships at all levels within the business
