Our client is looking for an inspiring and results driven Regional Manager to join the award-winning Ground Engineering team. With a proven ability to lead a team of consultancy personnel, you will be responsible for overseeing the general operations within the region, driving performance and growth through proactive business development activities and delivery of projects across key market sectors.

You'll need to hold a Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field. Chartership through a recognised relevant body is preferred. With extensive experience as a Project Director, you will have a proven track record of leading large teams in a similar consultancy setting, managing multi-disciplinary resources to deliver portfolios of projects and programmes. With demonstrable experience in business development and client relationship management, you will be an excellent communicator with the ability to connect with multiple stakeholders across various locations and at all levels. A strategic thinker, you will be highly competent in negotiation and skilled in effective management of risk and change.

You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and be willing to travel to visit clients and work sites.
