We have an exciting opportunity within our Admissions Team for a Policy and Qualifications Officer to join our service at the University of Southampton.

This role will be responsible for the development and review of the University of Southampton's Admissions policies and qualifications keeping abreast of statutory, legislative, HE sector and University developments.

The post holder will conduct thorough and detailed research and analysis, consulting with key stakeholders on proposals for change, drafting reports and delivering briefings and presentations for the consideration and approval by the relevant University body.

This role operates within a changing global landscape and the successful candidate will need to be able to adjust their key priorities. With excellent written and oral skills, the post holder will also be able to translate their research clearly and concisely to meet the needs of a variety of audiences.

This is an opportunity for the successful candidate to help shape and develop the future of our policy and qualifications as part of a Russell Group University.
