Industry - Electrical Wholesale

Hours - Monday to Friday only - no weekend working

Requirements

  • A good knowledge and understanding of the Electrical industry are essential.
  • Will be familiar with products supplied to Electrical Contractors
  • Verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer literacy essential.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Interpersonal skills and team player.
  • Copes well under pressure
Responsibilities

  • Managing day to day enquiries/orders
  • Must be confident taking Sales enquiries over the Telephone
  • Ensuring Customer promises are kept by continually monitoring and chasing any outstanding orders.
  • Raising quotations and converting to sales orders.
Electrical wholesale experience in a telephone sales role is essential
