An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join the Postgraduate Research Service Team to provide expert professional support to the Norwich Research Park Biosciences Doctoral Training Partnership programme.

This programme is funded by the Biotechnology and Biological Sciences Research Council.

In this role you will manage flows of information to and from Research Councils and our partners in relation to the programme and act as the official liaison point of contact for straightforward matters.

You will administer arrangements for studentships, coordinating calls and liaising with other professional service teams as relevant, and assisting with the organisation of recruitment, admissions and selection processes for the programme.

You'll also provide administrative support as required by other funded Doctoral Training Programmes.

The post will be primarily based at the Graduate Studies Office located in the Earlham Institute on the Norwich Research Park. The role offers a varied and interesting workload with interaction with a wide range of staff and students across the Norwich Research Park.

You will be proactive and adaptable with recent experience of working in a busy office environment. You will have excellent attention to detail and proven organisational skills.

You will have two A-levels at Grades A-E and five GCSEs at Grades A-C (including Maths and English) or equivalent qualifications or experience and be able to satisfy all essential elements of the person specification for this post.

This full-time post is available from 30 September 2024 on an indefinite basis.
