Customer Service Advisor – Cheltenham

£23,400 p/a plus generous quarterly bonus.

Then come join us as a Customer Service Advisor and you'll work Monday to Friday, just 37.5 hours a week We are also required to work 1 in 3 Saturday mornings from 9am-12.30pm, you will get a half a day back in the following week. No experience necessary as we will provide you with full training We offer a basic salary of £23,400 p/a plus a generous quarterly bonus so you can earn up to £27,400 per year. You'll also be rewarded with all the great benefits of working with the UKs largest independent Insurance Brokers – Towergate.

With a start date 1st July 2024, You'll have a 4-week induction followed by an 8-week training academy. We're committed to providing the support you need to thrive, ensuring you step into your role with confidence. So, what does the role of a Customer Service Advisor here involve?

  • Providing great customer service to existing clients over the phone and via email, so having attention to detail, and the ability to learn quickly, plus a positive attitude is a must.
  • Efficiently manage high call volumes in our dynamic contact centre environment meeting and exceeding performance KPI's and targets.
  • You will need to enjoy working in a team, we work hard, help and support each other and we're driven to achieve all our team goals and whilst having a lot of fun
