Job Summary

Jago Consultants is seeking a highly skilled Service Advisor to join our team at a main car dealership in Cheltenham. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and care for vehicle servicing and repair.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers are fully informed and satisfied with the service provided.
  • Book service and repair work, ensuring that workshop and parts availability are optimized.
  • Keep customers informed of progress and advise of any extra work needed.
  • Process payments according to company policy.
  • Contribute to the achievement of departmental targets and balance scorecard results.
  • Make telephone follow-up and progress calls to customers.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and thrive under pressure.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a strong product knowledge.
  • Basic salary between £23,805 – £30,015 + OTE £40,015 depending on experience.
  • Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm and Alternative Saturdays.
