Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our legal professionals and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to lawyers and legal staff, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence.
- Assist with document preparation, filing, and organization.
- Maintain and update client files and databases.
- Answer incoming calls and greet clients in a professional manner.
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
- Assist with billing and invoicing processes.
- Perform general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and ordering supplies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
