We have an opportunity for a Fleet Administrator to join the Fleet logistics team in Blackburn on a permanent basis.

**Principal accountabilities in your role within the Fleet team include**:

- Providing all administration support in relation to vehicle ownership including road fund licences, V5 registration certificates, fuel cards and insurance administration;
- Providing administration support in relation to accident management to ensure the most cost effective repair of vehicles and arranging replacement vehicles when required;
- Monitoring, reporting and allocating costs for work undertaken by transport contractors together with processing invoices ensuring timely payments;
- Tracking and administering Operators Licences on behalf of Electricity North West ensuring compliance;
- Updating the fleet system (Tranman) to capture accurate information in relation to both new and the disposal of vehicles;
- Providing data, reports and supplementary information i.e. vehicle dashboards, to support business budgeting and planning activities;
- Acting as the first point of call for day to day customer contact, dealing with queries or complaints and assisting with the resolution of disputes as appropriate.
- Have previous experience working in a fleet department or function;
- Have knowledge of transport management systems or databases e.g. Tranman and One link;
- Have sound knowledge of transport legislation and O Licence obligations;
- Have knowledge of MID (motor insurance data base);
- Be proficient in the use of MS Office and SAP;
- Have experience of fuel card management including exception reporting;
- Have strong data entry and proven administration skills;
- Have excellent planning, organising and problem solving skills with ability to prioritise to meet challenging deadlines;
- Be an excellent written and verbal communicator with the ability to liaise with customers and colleagues across the organisation at varying levels of seniority;
- Have the ability to work flexibility to deal with changing demands.
