Your new role
Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will be responsible for leading several post integration change projects across various functions of the business.
You will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of change management strategies including colaborating with cross-functional teams and communication within the business.
What you'll need to succeedCIPD qualified or equivalent, the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate their experience as a HR Change Manager within a complex global environment, ideally in a post integration environment, where you will be able to demonstrate the change management methodologies and tools you have used to assess the impact and readiness of the organisation for change and to develop and implement effective change plans.
You will be able to demonstrating strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills to inspire and motivate others to embrace change as well as evaluate and measure the outcomes and benefits of change initiatives and reporting on their progress and success.
Identifying and managing risks and issues related to change initiatives and developing contingency plans to address them is also essential.
It is essential that you can start a new role on short notice and can commit to a minimum of a 6 month contract working in a hybrid manner from the London office.
