Senior HR Coordinator - Fixed term contract to end Dec 2024

We will count on you to:

  • Provide general assistance with HR matters from employees and managers on a variety of HR matters including policy, compensation, employee benefits and other related HR issues.
  • Provide general assistance to senior colleagues with the execution of business and HR plans as well as HR related issues such as policy questions, compensation and benefits matters and ER issues.
  • Communicate with HR Shared Services and CoEs to assist in providing analytics to the business which can be used in making informed and thoughtful HR, business, and employee centric decisions.
  • Analyze data used to produce trend analysis, operating review summaries and other data (new hires, transfers, terminations, etc.) ensuring validation and integrity.
  • Prepare materials for the roll out of projects in the client groups which include Talent Management status reporting, data quality reviews and preparation of talent meeting materials, Performance Management processes, assessment status reporting from Careerlink, tracking of poor performers, compensation reporting and year-end meeting preparation assistance.
  • Coordinate with Compensation on job evaluations, year-end and other compensation processes, and assists with ER matters to help prepare for conversations by retrieving and obtaining employee profiles, compensation and benefits information and other data.
  • Participate and assist in HR initiatives and key deliverables as assigned and needed. Eg, visa/global mobility end to end process improvement, co-ordinate People Manager induction process etc

What you need to have:

  • 1-2 years' experience within an administration role
  • Excellent organisational skills with a good eye for detail and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Strong Word and Excel skills
  • A desire to build a career within Human Resources.
