Chailey are looking for a Director of Resources to join a relatively newly formed Executive Team.

Description

The position will lead the Finance, IT and Facilities and Estates functions for the foundation and will be key in shaping the future strategy.

The new Director of Resources will have strong financial acumen, you will need to develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the organisation's objectives.

Overseeing the budgeting, financial forecasting, and cash flow management, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements as well as working closely with the executive and trustees/governors are fundamental in this role.

Profile

We are keen to encourage applications from people who are part of our local community or if you are interested in what we do and the young people we support. You will need to be a qualified accountant to be successful in this process.

We are seeking an experienced leader who is comfortable working at board level and within an executive team. You will have driven a change agenda, be used to reviewing functions and implementing continuous improvement programmes.
