We are looking for a Management Accountant to support our team to deliver our X3 project firstly to Becketts Foods in Coventry, with a view to roll out to the rest of the CPC Foods Group in the coming years. In this role you will become one of our Finance 'Super Users' and will be responsible for delivering the finance aspect of the X3 solution to the sites.
Responsibilities include:
Managing end-to-end delivery of the finance aspect of the Sage X3 ERP project, with a focus on the management accounting processes and reports
Scoping and documenting of the existing ways of working, including reports
Testing of the X3 solution in line with business requirements and with a view to improving our ways of working to achieve best practice where possible
Documenting new ways of working in X3 solution by creating / updating the business' SOPs (Standard Operating Procedure)
Supporting the transition to the new ways of working
Training of the finance teams on the X3 ways of working, using the SOPs
Managing the finance queries raised by the finance team or the other Super Users on the ERP solution
Supporting the management accounting team with holiday / absence cover
Carrying out any other duties within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job as requested by the business
Skills and experience required:
Proven experience with ERP implementation and delivering successful outcomes
Hands-on experience with ERP system, customisation and functional configurations
Familiarity with food manufacturing processes
Excellent communication, stakeholder management and project management skills
Experience in design and change management in enterprise financial reporting
Prior experience working with Sage X3 would be of benefit
What we can offer you:
Salary up to £45,000
40 hours 8:00 - 17:00
