**Key Responsibilities:**
- Customer Relationships:
- Define and promote our offer to customers.
- Manage customer complaints and issues.
- Commercial Management and Monitoring:
- Evaluate and report customer needs and requests.
- Ensure coordination and cooperation of internal stakeholders to guarantee quality of service and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in commercial negotiations with internal teams and management.
- Ensure production capacities and technical solutions meet customer expectations and align with our company's strategic plan.
- Identify additional sales opportunities.
- Report commercial activities to senior management.
- Track customer data in computer systems.
- Participate in project management monitoring activities.
- Control invoicing, account receivables, logistics, and quality/warranty costs.
- Responsible for account P&Ls.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in commerce/finance, Master's preferred.
- 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, with proficiency in customer/supplier relationships and direct customer-facing roles.
- General technical bases in electronics, industrial computing, and embedded systems.
- Fluent in English.
- Computer skills: MS Office applications.
