About the Role

Flooid is seeking a talented and experienced Account Manager to manage day-to-day activities, build long-term relationships with customers, and deliver our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Account Management team or directly manage Mid-Tier Accounts
  • Manage day-to-day activities, secure CR business, and complete work packets and proposals
  • Build long-term relationships with customers
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions
  • Communicate progress of initiatives to stakeholders
  • Forecast and track key account metrics
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
  • Keep current clients satisfied and deliver exceptional service
  • Monitor and analyse customer usage of our product
  • Work with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients
  • Liaise between the customer and internal teams

Requirements

  • Brings sales expertise in retail, hospitality, or Cx domain, or has industry consulting experience
  • Guides us through the changing dynamics of the retail industry
  • Has a background in software with proficiency in complex platforms, digital, cloud, and subscription-based services
  • Builds long-term strategic relationships with key accounts and partners
  • Delivers innovative solutions to customers' challenges
  • Has a value-selling and/or challenger sales mindset, great communication skills, a strong work ethic, and excellent multitasking abilities
