Account Manager Job Description

Veoneer, Inc. is seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing our key customers and ensuring their loyalty through commercial management activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Relationships: Define and promote the offer, manage complaints and issues, and ensure the coordination and cooperation of internal stakeholders to guarantee quality of service and customer satisfaction.
  • Commercial Management and Monitoring: Evaluate and report customer needs and requests, participate in commercial negotiations, ensure the implementation of production capacities and technical solutions, identify additional sales opportunities, and track customer data in computer systems.
  • Project Management: Participate in project management monitoring activities and control invoicing, account receivables, logistics, and quality/warranty costs.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in commerce/finance, Master preferred. 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, with proficiency in customer/supplier relationships and direct customer-facing roles. General technical bases in electronics, industrial computing, and embedded systems. Fluent in English. Computer skills in MS Office applications.

Travel Requirements: Occasional travel to other Veoneer sites or supplier sites internationally may be required.
