About the Role

Flooid is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities, building long-term relationships with customers, and delivering our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day activities and ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions
  • Build long-term relationships with customers and develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts
  • Communicate progress of initiatives to stakeholders and forecast and track key account metrics
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and keep current clients satisfied and deliver exceptional service
  • Monitor and analyze customer usage of our product and work with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients
  • Liaise between the customer and internal teams

Requirements

  • Brings sales expertise in retail, hospitality, or Cx domain, or has industry consulting experience
  • Guides us through the changing dynamics of the retail industry and has a background in software with proficiency in complex platforms, digital, cloud, and subscription-based services
  • Builds long-term strategic relationships with key accounts and partners and delivers innovative solutions to customers' challenges
  • Has a value-selling and/or challenger sales mindset, great communication skills, a strong work ethic, and excellent multitasking abilities
