Job Title :
Hardware Test Verification Architect

Salary:
Circa £55,000 depending on experience

Location:
Stevenage, Bolton or Bristol (Relocation package available)

Dynamic (hybrid) working : Where possible, a blend of on-site and remote work is encouraged depending on workload.

Security Clearance :
British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship
After an offer, successful candidates will undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), managed by the MBDA

Personnel Security Team.

The opportunity:

This is an exceptional chance to gain a broader view of development and manufacturing processes at MBDA, interacting with multiple skills for a project.

You will be part of a motivated, focused, and diverse team that values communication and sharing information.
You will lead the implementation of the Production Test Philosophy within a Programme, including:
- Defining Test Equipment Requirements.
- Deploying diagnostic strategies.
- Verifying Test Coverage of products.
- Collaborating with Manufacturing and Design Support teams.

As an expert, you will share your knowledge with the team.

What we're looking for:
Required

Ideally, degree qualified with experience in Mathematics, Physics, or Engineering.
Awareness of Development and Production Test Techniques.
Proficient in Microsoft Office with excellent communication.
Desired:r>- Knowledge of Model-based System Engineering (MBSE).
- Experience in test strategy implementation and Automated Test Equipment.
- Collaboration experience with Manufacturing and Design teams.
If you lack competencies, training will be provided.

Opportunities for Team Leader roles and cross-departmental development within MBDA.
