We re looking for individuals who have a passionate and caring nature, looking to work for a company where everything you do has the potential to touch lives

We operate a refer a friend scheme in this area worth £250 if they are successful and complete probation

Successful candidates must be subject to a minimum average of 30 hours worked per week with the availability to do alternate weekends.

Role Responsibilities

  • Aiding with resident s personal hygiene
  • Assisting with personal care and daily living activities such as serving meals and feeding, dressing, general assistance with comfort etc.
  • Moving and handling
  • Supervise and support a small team of carers, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
  • Supporting with spot checks, care plans, creating rotas, client reviews and assessments
  • Supporting with on-call duties on a rota basis
  • Helping training new members of staff in the Homelium way
  • Upholding a strong level of clinical standards the high standards of Homelium including undergoing required training and development

Skills and Experience

  • You must have a driving licence and access to your own vehicle
  • All applicants must have the right to work in the UK
  • Must have experience as a senior carer
  • Have a passion and genuine desire to provide excellent care Quality care is a must
  • You will have strong communication and organizational skills
  • You will be reliable and punctual, trustworthy and honest
  • Be willing to undergo a Disclosure and Barring Service check
