We operate a refer a friend scheme in this area worth £250 if they are successful and complete probation
Successful candidates must be subject to a minimum average of 30 hours worked per week with the availability to do alternate weekends.
Role Responsibilities
- Aiding with resident s personal hygiene
- Assisting with personal care and daily living activities such as serving meals and feeding, dressing, general assistance with comfort etc.
- Moving and handling
- Supervise and support a small team of carers, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
- Supporting with spot checks, care plans, creating rotas, client reviews and assessments
- Supporting with on-call duties on a rota basis
- Helping training new members of staff in the Homelium way
- Upholding a strong level of clinical standards the high standards of Homelium including undergoing required training and development
Skills and Experience
- You must have a driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- All applicants must have the right to work in the UK
- Must have experience as a senior carer
- Have a passion and genuine desire to provide excellent care Quality care is a must
- You will have strong communication and organizational skills
- You will be reliable and punctual, trustworthy and honest
- Be willing to undergo a Disclosure and Barring Service check
