You will be reporting to the Asset Risk Manager and, you'll be responsible for the successful management of contract and vehicle information into VWFS point of sale systems.
This is what you could be doing:
You'll be responsible for the management and coordination of contract information received into the department, ensuring the integration into the point-of-sale systems, as applicable.Managing vehicle availability, ensuring only current vehicles are available for quotation purposes and that new vehicles are available in line with brands open for ordering timescales.Facilitate the resolution of enquiries and requests into the shared mailbox, ensuring these are followed through to completion.You're responsible for submitting claim requests for subsidy payments for brands that operate a reclaim support payment method, and ensuring non-payment queries are resolved quickly.Play an integral part in the change request process, including qualification of change, scope and testing results to ensure that the product remains fit for purpose and fulfils business needs.You will update and create procedures and policies as required.

You have excellent numeric and analysis skills, and you are highly competent with excel .You have experience of implementing process improvements through creative/innovative thinking.Accuracy and attention to detail are essential .You're a great communicator and can engage, influence or challenge the audience whilst being able to respond to opposing views at all levels.You have initiative and can manage and balance your own workload/tasks to meet strict deadlines.Ability to demonstrate a commercially pragmatic thought process.You can manage short-term operational requirements, whilst maintaining a broad strategic view of the business as a whole.
