We are looking for a Fundraising and Communications Administrator to join the fundraising and communications team. If you are keen to develop a career in fundraising and/or comms, then we would love to hear from you.

Thames Reach runs projects and services that help to end homelessness in London. We work directly with homeless people on the streets and in hostels. We work to prevent vulnerable people from becoming homeless. We help formerly homeless people get their lives back on track. We help people find work and access training and volunteering opportunities.

This is a new role as part of a small team that will support the delivery of our fundraising and communications strategy.

You will:


• Effectively manage and update supporter information held on our fundraising database


• Provide excellent supporter care to Thames Reach supporters, with a focus on our individual donors and corporate partners


• Support delivery of corporate volunteering opportunities


• Gather content to help communicate the impact of and need for our work


• Support the delivery of digital communication and marketing campaigns


• Support delivery of community fundraising at a local level

To succeed as the Fundraising and Communications Administrator, you will have:


• Experience in keeping good administrative records, ideally with experience of using a database


• Experience of providing excellent customer care


• Good organisational and administrative skills


• Strong written and verbal communication skills


• Good interpersonal skills and be a relationship builder
