About the Team and the Role

The Domiciliary Care Referral Team (DCRT) within WCC require a permanent Administrator to support the admin requirements of the team working closely with all Placement Officers and the Team Manager.

DCRT broker care for vulnerable customers in Warwickshire by referring care to contracted care providers within Warwickshire. Care brokerage is essential for the Local Authority to meet its statutory obligation towards people in Warwickshire who require care, and also helps ensure that WCC meets its contractual obligations with providers.

Key Requirements

The DCRT admin post holder will specifically;

  • Complete and share required paperwork with care providers and relevant teams to ensure that care is able to start in a timely way;
  • Undertake customer contacts to ensure that Warwickshire customers are well informed about commissioned care provision;
  • Communicating with commissioned care providers around care delivery;
  • Update internal recording systems including Mosaic;
  • Undertake other admin tasks as required including, but not limited to setting up meetings, updating team recording spreadsheets, minute taking.
