Practice Manager

Location - Lincoln

Salary Up to £45,000 depending on experience

Hours - Office based with 1 day per week from home

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a professional and experienced Practice Manager to work within a highly successful St. Jamess Place Partner Practice. This Partner is well established and highly successful.

The Role: Practice Manager

Reporting to the Partner, you will have overall responsibility for the day to day running of the practice.

This will include:
Providing outstanding client service will be of upmost importance to you andyou will inspire others to do the sameYou will be responsible for managing the Partners diary, client meetings, client reviews and the processing of all business through the Practice.You will support the Partner with recruitment and develop/train all staffYou will support and develop Marketing ideasA review of current processes and where appropriate introducing change within the business
The Person: Practice Manager
Senior administration experience, ideally working within a Financial Advisory practice, investment / wealth management environment or in banking / finance.Experience of managing workflow, systems and proceduresKnowledge of relevant regulation and legislationExperience of client management systems such as SalesforceExperience of managing client accounts and relationshipsExperience of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)Professional and confident in dealing with people, working with total discretion at all time
