Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Part-Time Sales Administrator to support our sales team. This role is especially suitable for family members of armed forces service personnel, who understand the unique demands of the security industry. As a Sales Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support to our sales team, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to our overall sales success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks, including preparing sales documents, processing orders, and managing customer accounts.
  • Customer Communication: Serve as a point of contact for clients, answering enquiries, providing information on services, and addressing any administrative needs.
  • Data Management: Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and other important documents to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule meetings, calls, and appointments for the sales team, ensuring they are well-prepared for client interactions.
  • Reporting: Compile and prepare regular sales reports, tracking key metrics and providing insights to the sales team and management.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage stock levels of training materials and promotional items, ensuring they are available for sales and marketing activities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, operations, and finance teams to ensure seamless service delivery and support overall company goals.

Qualifications:

  • Military Connection: Preference will be given to candidates who are family members of current or former armed forces service personnel, as your unique perspective and commitment align with our company values.
  • Administrative Experience: Previous experience in an administrative or sales support role is preferred, but not required. Strong organisational skills are essential.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
  • Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to managing tasks, ensuring accuracy in documentation and data entry.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and work independently in a part-time role.
