Penguin Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a RIBA Chartered practice based in Cheltenham, who work across Residential, Public and Commercial sectors. They offers their services across Cheltenham, Gloucester, Stroud, Tewkesbury, and Gloucestershire and are built up of an award winning and close-knit team.

This role would suit a candidate who ideally already has several years UK based experience and has excellent skills in AutoCAD. You should boast design flare and technical capabilities. Architectural Assistants and Technicians will be considered who meet the brief.

Skills, Experience & Responsibilities fir the role of Part 2 Architectural Assistant/ Architectural Technician:

RIBA Part 2 or Architectural Technology degree or equivalent.

Several years UK based experience.

Relevant project experience across the Residential, Public and Commercial sectors.

Able to complete work to a high standard both individually and as part of a team.

Good communication skills both verbally and written.

Living in Cheltenham or within a commutable distance.

Strong design and technical abilities.

Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD alongside other industry standard software's.
