Assistant Company Secretary

· Location – Hollinsbrook Way, Pilsworth, Bury Lancashire, BL9 8RR
· Working rota – Mon-Fri
· Working hours – 09:00-17:00
What You'll Be Doing:
Supporting the Deputy Company Secretary with managing the end-to-end board and committee process, such as drafting agendas, assisting with the creation of board papers and uploading papers to our board portal Managing UK & international subsidiaries and maintaining the Group structure chart Assisting with Market Abuse Regulation compliance including maintenance of insider and confidentiality lists and monitoring training Supporting with the Annual Report & Accounts, including drafting & reviewing content, and liaising with auditors and other internal and external stakeholders Managing the AGM and other shareholder meetings Assisting with the director induction processes and maintaining director induction, training and conflict registers Assisting with maintaining the Company's shareholder register and supporting any changes or updates to the Company's relationship agreements Liaising with other departments as required to provide company secretary support, such as on M&A Responding to ad hoc queries from shareholders including dividend or registrar queries Assisting with KYC requests What We're Looking For:
CGI qualified (desirable) International subsidiary management experience (desirable) Good understanding of the obligations of a listed company Excellent attention to detail and highly organised Experience with Diligent Boardbooks or other board portal software Ability to use initiative The Company:
