What can you expect?
This is an exciting opportunity to join an established, collaborative and successful team handling a diverse portfolio of Marine P&I accounts.
Based out of the Norwich office, the Client Executive/Broker is responsible for the handling and growth of Marine P&I clients. You will work closely with P&I clubs/underwriters as well as internal Marsh colleagues to manage a portfolio of clients effectively and in accordance with the company's best practice procedures.
You will be joining an experienced team with a mixture of those with long-term tenure with the company as well as junior team members with less than 5 years' experience.

What you need to have:
- Insurance knowledge and experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiating and influencing skills
- High level proficiency in Windows software packages particularly Excel and Word
- Attention to detail and have the ability to work under pressure and strict deadlines
- Ability to work as part of a team
What makes you stand out:
- P&I insurance experience or Marine Insurance experience (preferable)
- ACII part/fully qualified (or equivalent)
