What we are looking for:

We are seeking enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistants (from any degree) to work in Primary, Secondary and SEN schools across Liverpool and Greater Merseyside. This role is perfect for recent graduates eager to gain hands-on experience in education and make a significant impact on young people s lives. Whether you are an entry level teaching assistant looking to take your first step into a career working as a Teaching Assistant or you are looking to gain experience to support your future PGCE application this is an ideal route into a rewarding lifelong career.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons.
  • Provide one-on-one or small group support to students.
  • Prepare teaching materials and resources.
  • Support students with special educational needs.
  • Assist with classroom/behaviour management.
  • Contribute to student assessment and monitoring.
  • Participate in extracurricular activities.

Qualifications/Skills Required:

A recent graduate with a degree in Education or a relevant field (Sports, Psychology, Sociology, Health and Social Care, English, Maths, Science etc.)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Passion for working with young people.

Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff.

Ability to use initiative and be pro-active
