The Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in organizing and overseeing various aspects of the current initiative.

The primary responsibility being to support the Programme Lead to ensure that all aspects of the initiative are executing smoothly and efficiently, and that the initiative continues to grow and gain traction.

The role requires close and collaborative working with internal sales teams, partners, customers and suppliers.

This is a fully remote, inside IR35 contract position (12 months).

Responsibilities:

  • Provide crucial support to the programme lead in the deployment and execution of the initiative and related projects.
  • Facilitate effective communication by liaising with internal and external stakeholders to align on project objectives.
  • Work with various communications and marketing teams to amplify project objectives and deliverables
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure the continuous improvement and maintenance of the digital platform(s)
  • Oversee and track content creation and ensure high-quality deliverables including blogs/impact stories and digital platform assets and documentation
  • Contribute to maintaining programme and related project quality standards including reviewing deliverables, user testing digital platform and ensuring that project processes align with objectives.
  • Organize and schedule project-related events, such as webinars, and manage communications pertaining to these events.
  • Implement project management best practices and maintain accurate records of tasks and milestones using project management tools.
  • Track and update all project tasks on project tools and document libraries including Airtable , SharePoint and Qualtrics.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and schedules and work closely with the programme lead to define project objectives, deliverables, processes and milestones.
  • Schedule and organize meetings, distribute project-related information, and ensure all stakeholders are well informed
  • Help identify potential risks and issues that may affect project success, tracking project tasks, deadlines, and any budgets.
  • Manage and track project Purchase Orders (POs) and invoices to completion and payout
  • Leverage your knowledge and experience to help define project parameters and chart the initiative forward.
Requirements:

  • Be available for a 12-month minimum contract
  • A Bachelor's degree with around 3 years of work experience in programme and project management, and coordination.
  • Strong interpersonal communications skills with experience interacting comfortably with executives and individuals with diverse socioeconomic backgrounds.
  • At home in the digital landscape and comfortable using online tools and platforms
  • Ability to manage global projects with dynamic, virtual, and global teams.
  • Ability to work effectively and confidently in a remote team as a remote worker.
  • Comfortable working across global time zones, most frequently PST (US west coast).
  • Ability to prioritize information and present findings effectively.
  • Strong design, documentation, and analytical skills.
  • Skilled communicator (written and oral)
  • Adaptable and comfortable in a changing environment, able to redirect efforts as required.
  • Ability to support team with project management as we map plans to extend this work (from Partners) to customers.
