The Role:
This is an extremely varied role whereby the right candidate will have the chance to partner across the business from Credit, Finance, Operations and Sales This role would suit a commercially minded, Risk Manager or Senior Credit Analyst who can build solid relationships both internally and externally.
Responsibilities:
Analyse and underwrite transactions under own authority for all types of assetsAnalysis of customer creditworthiness (via financial data, credit and sector reports etc. including customer visit).Risk evaluation of the deal structure (including collaterals, asset values, evaluation of exposure, etc.)Preparation of credit applications for deals above own authorityPre-qualification of deals with SalesFull compliance with all Risk PoliciesAdherence to decision making according to the authority matrixCompliance with rating systemsRisk ReportingOrganise and maintain credit filesNovation and reschedule decisions
The Candidate:
Work under own initiativeDemonstrate highest level of integrity and professionalismStrong analytical skillsAbility to work accurately under pressureAbility to interact maintaining good lines of communication with all internal colleagues (especially Sales) as well as external customersTo work within agreed policies and procedures and with due regard to Equal Opportunities and Health and Safety considerationsPrepared to work as necessary at busy periods.Compliance with KYC and AML requirements on an ongoing basis and report any issues as required
