Apprentice Sales Administrator

Duties:
- Communicating with existing customers for new orders on a regular weekly call cycle.
- Inputting orders onto company order systems
- General Sales Administration Support for Sales Team
- Preparing sample & marketing material for customers
- Maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
- Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
- Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
- Staying informed about competing products and services.
- Upselling products and services.
Requirements:
- Self-Motivated and driven.
- Confident & well spoken with good communication and listening skills .
- Have excellent customer service / people skills.
- A strong team player.
- Organised with good attention to detail.
Grades:
There are no formal qualifications required.
Hours:
Monday - Friday 8am-16:30, 30 min lunch + 10 min break (AM & PM), 40 hours per week
