Purchasing Administrator

Location - MST Birtley

MST, one of the UK’s leading suppliers of Undercarriage components to the Construction and Plant Hire industry are seeking to employ a highly motivated individual to join our head office sales & purchasing team.

Duties and responsibilities will include
- Processing of Orders on MST ERP System
- Liaising with suppliers for customer orders
- Processing orders on MST CRM System
- Process Job cards for all MST Departments
- Raise new part numbers
- Process of warranties - Collecting data and photographs
- Organise transport with suppliers (UK & Worldwide)

Qualifications and experience required for this role
- Proficient in IT/Microsoft packages, with experience using Sage desired
- Ability to communicate efficiently, verbally and in writing
- Industry experience desired but not essential
- Ability to demonstrate strong attention to detail

**Base Salary** - doe

**Reporting to** - Purchasing Co-ordinator

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: One location
