POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for an enthusiastic media specialist with experience working on Paid Media campaigns looking for their next step in their career as part in a fast-paced environment. Sitting within the M.A.C UK & Ireland Consumer Marketing team, you will be supporting the Paid Media Manager to plan and execute 5* offline and online paid media campaigns. You will work closely with the media agency in addition to the PR team to help execute integrated media activations.

WHAT THIS ROLE DOES

PAID MEDIA RESPONSIBILITIES (20%)

Implementing and reporting on 5* paid media campaigns, from asset-tracker management to reporting feedback.

Building a strong relationship with the media agency as a day-to-day contact.

Analysing competitor and consumer insights and sharing actionable insights with the wider marketing team.

Monitoring and reporting on media performance to identify and recommend optimisations.

Collaborating with multiple cross-functional teams including PR, CRM, Creative and Online to ensure an integrated media strategy.

Managing budget, ensuring the creation of accurate invoices and PO's and updating on relevant internal systems.

ORGANIC SOCIAL RESPONSIBLITIES (20%)

Supporting the Organic Social team on Meta with caption-writing and post-scheduling.

Supporting the execution on local shoot including prop ordering, schedule management and studio communications.

As part of this role, you will be part of some exciting new product and event launches for the World's leading beauty brand. You will work with a team of talented and driven individuals to drive brand desirability and love.

This role is a crucial support for the Paid Media Manager to execute multiple 5* campaigns and an exciting fiscal ahead.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESFUL IN THIS ROLE:

Experience working with paid media platforms especially Meta and TikTok.

Passionate about beauty, fashion and social trends that can think creatively to help activate new product launches and brand storytelling.

A strong communicator that people can easily reach and know represent the brand.

Excellent organisational skills both offline when managing product and computer based tasks to ensure strict deadlines are met.

Someone that can work well in a team but is also confident keeping themselves motivated when working on independent tasks.
