International Payroll Lead - 6 month FTC - London - Hybrid
Oakleaf Partnership are delighted to be partnered with a fast growing company, who are recruiting for an International Payroll Lead, on a 6 month FTC basis. This role will be responsible for the analysis, execution and support of EMEA payroll operations, across numerous countries, via outsourced providers.
The International Payroll Lead will be assisting/overseeing duties such as:
* Preparing global payroll data for payroll processing by third party payroll administration partners
* Performing audits and validations of payroll transactions
* Identify and drive continuous performance improvement projects to improve payroll accuracy, compliance, productivity and / or employee satisfaction
* Participate in ongoing vendor internal process improvement.
Key Skills:
* Significant experience in international payroll, especially within the EMEA regions
* Exposure to working with multiple outsoured vendors
* Have the ability to plan, organise and coordinate the service and teams, whilst ensuring that key targets are consistently delivered and statutory obligations are met
* Strong analytical skills
