Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding ServiceNow's Expert and Success Services portfolio
  • Lead engagement negotiations, ensuring appropriate evaluations are conducted to manage organizational risks effectively
  • Collaborate with sales teams to position Expert and Success services effectively on designated accounts
  • Develop strategic plans for deploying licensed products across all projects
  • Identify new business opportunities within accounts to expand ServiceNow's product offerings
  • Facilitate client references and exceed services sales targets
  • Ensure smooth transition to the Delivery team through comprehensive briefings
  • Create business development strategies for accounts with specific requirements
  • Draft services proposals to maximize client satisfaction and successful project delivery
  • Manage services contracts to ensure timely revenue recognition
Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Experience in selling professional services in the software industry
  • Consultative sales experience, preferably in the Public Sector
  • Ability to build strong relationships internally and externally
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills with a deep understanding of cloud technology
  • Proven track record of meeting quotas and success metrics
  • Capability to prioritize accounts effectively
  • Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on meeting deadlines
  • British Military background would be advantageous
  • Legally eligible to work in the UK
