Job Description

Joining our Solution Consulting team means having a significant influence on our future achievements by supporting the sales of Customer Workflow Solutions, with a particular emphasis on Field Service Management. In this role, you will drive revenue for a specific product with the assistance and collaboration of our Sales, Product Management, and executive teams. As a hands-on technical consultant, you will demonstrate a deep understanding of solution delivery and positioning throughout the sales process.

What you'll be doing in this role:

The Solution Consultant will act as a technical expert capable of developing, presenting, and delivering product-specific solutions during sales cycles while meeting quarterly and annual sales targets for a designated territory.

  • Provide technical and domain expertise to support product sales in collaboration with a client-facing sales team targeting customers across various industries.
  • Lead discovery sessions to identify customer challenges and conduct product demonstrations to align our solutions with customer needs.
  • Cultivate partnerships with clients.
  • Drive strategic initiatives in key accounts such as customer journey workshops for roadmap development and consensus building.
  • Offer insights to product management for enhancing products to meet customer requirements and deliver additional value.
  • Exchange best practices and reusable resources with fellow Solution Consultants to elevate team efficiency and quality.
  • Stay informed on competitive landscape and market distinguishing factors.
  • Support marketing activities like executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows.
Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Previous experience in solution consulting or sales engineering within Field Service Management.
  • Proficiency in CX/CRM platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services teams.
  • Strong territory management skills including pipeline development and coordination with Sales counterparts to ensure operational excellence.
