Job Description

As a ServiceNow Enterprise Services Account Manager, you will play a key role in promoting a range of services tailored to guide our clients towards successful implementation and optimal utilization of our products. These services include our Impact success offering, product adoption services, and training sessions. Working closely with the regional sales team, the ESAM collaborates with the Services Account Executive (SAE), account team, and clients to ensure smooth implementation and adoption. In a role with sales targets, the Enterprise Services Account Manager partners with the ServiceNow Sales team and partners to identify and seize Services sales opportunities within their assigned region.

  • Team up with both internal and external (Digital, Field, and Partner) sales team members to drive sales in success, adoption services, and training within an allocated territory.
  • Collaborate with the SAE in your area to prioritize sales efforts based on specific opportunities.
  • Engage in district activities to establish a structured approach for cultivating, managing, and closing a pipeline of opportunities to meet service quotas.
  • Proactively generate new Services prospects (Impact, Adoption Services, and Training) within existing and potential customer bases.
  • Oversee sales opportunities and client relationships, remotely engaging with key contacts in Commercial Accounts.
  • Collaborate with the extended support team to formulate packaging strategies and service proposals.
  • Prioritize and address incoming services sales inquiries.
  • Implement Value-based Selling Methodology for Impact, Adoption services, and Training opportunities.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Exceptional skills in building and nurturing relationships
  • Background in selling enterprise-level solutions, training, and/or professional services
  • Demonstrated track record of precise forecasting and meeting sales quotas
  • Sound technical acumen to comprehend desired business outcomes and translate them into services provided by ServiceNow
  • Thorough grasp of the sales process with the ability to navigate through short yet complex sales cycles
  • Experience with sales force automation, enterprise resource planning, or other IT infrastructure management technologies like monitoring and discovery
  • Proficiency in delivering presentations using web-based tools
  • Proactive, reliable, and responsible work ethic
  • Ability to articulate key points concisely in English
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
