As a F&B Supervisor in Park Lounge Bar, your main duties and expectations for the role will include: Promote the image of Royal Lancaster London as a professional organization. Ensure to maintain a personal attitude of a high standard and quality, which produce efficiency and productivity of the department. Deal with assigned projects and duties managing time in an efficient way. Ensure that opening and closing is completed as per agreed standards. Ensure that the restaurant is set up properly for each service, that the team members are following grooming standards and that all the service stations are fully stocked, clean and free of damage. Lead the team to ensure they provide polite and efficient service at all times, ensuring daily briefing are conducted, opening & closing duties and assigned tasks are completed, preparing floor plan, focusing on customer service You will be required to work 40 hours per week, on a shift rota.
