Summary:

An exciting opportunity has arisen at Belvoir Property Management (UK) Ltd, in Central Office, Grantham. We are looking for an experienced accounts professional to take on the Client Account Coordinator role.

We are looking for someone with a problem solving attitude, who is conversant with accounting or bookkeeping. This is an office based role.

Required Skills:
Minimum 4 years' experience of financial and/or client accounting Experience of working in a commercial environmentCompetent in using Word and advanced Excel skillsAble to prioritise a range of tasks effectively to meet various priorities and deadlines.Ability to work on own initiative.Ability to consistently process data accuratelyFriendly, helpful, cooperative mannerTeam playerSmartly presented suitable to working in a corporate environmentAbility to investigate accounts and get to the source of any issuesAbility to learn new accounting systems and software'sStrong Communication skills, especially when explaining complex accounting issues

Main

Responsibilities:

Overseeing the accounting processes for a number of offices Accounting, systems and reporting support across all brands.Assisting with closure of audits when required.Providing one on one support to offices, with a willingness to occasional travelProvide training courses during the induction courses on the accounts element.Delving into accounts where issues have arisen to help resolve any queriesComplete reconciliations and deal with any issues. Provide ad hoc client account support to Northwood offices as and when requiredHours of Work

Hours of Work Monday - Thursday 9:00am - 5:30pm, Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm

Benefits - Salary £28,000 per annum, 23 days holiday plus Bank Holidays plus birthday leave, Pension, Life Insurance and many more after a qualifying period.
