As a key member of the L&D team, the L&D Officer will play a critical role in ensuring that staff members have access to appropriate learning opportunities, including providing advice on learning and development and delivering training programs directly.

The L&D Officer will provide support and guidance to staff at all levels, including management, and must possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills. It is also crucial that the successful candidate remains up to date with the latest training developments and utilisation of training technology.

The role requires frequent travel throughout Wales, which will involve overnight stays, so flexibility and willingness to travel is essential.
