Scopely is looking for a Regional Director of EMEA to join our Monopoly Go game team in London on a hybrid basis .

Monopoly GO is our new casual game and a key franchise that has just become Scopely's largest game, enjoyed by millions of players. The team is based in Europe and the US, and works every day to create captivating new experiences for our players.

What You Will Do

Reporting to the VP of Regional Marketing you will be responsible for leading a team of Country Managers to deliver growth by identifying opportunities and critical levers across community, talent, partnerships and media to expand Monopoly Go's player base.

  • Leverage market insights to develop a marketing and growth plan driving long-term growth and brand equity for Monopoly Go
  • Collaborate in defining and developing acquisition and audience goals for Monopoly Go across your region, working closely with the Regional VP and other Country Directors
  • Develop and execute strategies to effectively invest our marketing and media budgets to drive top of funnel growth
  • Create localized strategies to acquire, engage and reactive players based on market penetration, culture and market dynamics
  • Partner with Product Marketing to uphold our brand strategy and scale campaigns that will support our mission and brand values.
  • Hire and develop a team, mobilizing them to implement the strategy while positioning them to achieve their own professional development goals
  • Build an outstanding agency network to support our marketing needs across the region for Creative, Social and Talent.
  • Identify and develop regional-specific growth levers with partnerships and brand/creator collaborations
  • Partner with Marketing and Product teams to develop localized product messaging and positioning for features and product launches
  • Utilize data and analytics to track, review and optimize activity across your region. Developing reporting to benefit the wider regional marketing group.
What We're Looking For
  • 10+ years of marketing and growth leadership experience having successfully delivered results driving brand awareness and growth in consumer focused businesses
  • Experience in mobile and digital entertainment audience growth strategies in a Global or regional role with proven success in competitive markets
  • Experience in conceiving, developing, and leading all aspects of 360 campaign execution managing a matrix style team and multiple agencies
  • Culturally clued up and immersed in trends with an international approach showing an outstanding understanding of and passion for local nuances, and the ability to translate these into buzz-worthy campaigns
  • Data and performance driven leader who can confidently work with performance and media teams on investments and KPIs
  • Passion for people - experience building or managing teams with a focus on developing high performing talent
  • Must be currently located in the United Kingdom, and willing to work remotely.
